Collider, the Science Museum’s latest exhibition celebrating CERN’s Large Hadron Collider, launched this week with a host of famous faces (if you’re a physics nerd) in attendance, including a siting of the publicity-shy Peter Higgs.
The tribute to the world’s largest scientific experiment ever constructed is actually very good, featuring dramatisation from Michael Wynne, winner of an Olivier Award for his comedy The Priory, and some impressive artefacts from the particle physics laboratory.
In this video, director general of CERN Professor Rolf-Dieter Heuer introduces the new exhibition. The full story is available on the E&T Magazine website.
