IET events this June – #engineering and technology dates for your diary

June

Go behind the scenes of Glastonbury festival, learn new skills and get social at an IET quiz night or BBQ…

With the IET’s Local Network (LN) seasons drawing to an end, many of the LNs like to finish their season off with fun social events, so this month look out for IET social gatherings near you.

As well as hosting quiz nights and BBQs, the LNs have arranged for several exciting technical visits in June, including the chance to see what goes on behind the scenes of Glastonbury festival.

Alongside all these frivolities the IET continues to offer CPD opportunities this month, through a range of soft and technical skills courses and workshops covering everything from project management through to commercial awareness.

Below are a few of our event highlights for June, but also be sure to check out the full IET events listings to find out about everything taking place near you.
